This highly popular type of pen is relatively new in the world of Arabic calligraphy. It was introduced by Javanese pilgrims to Mecca in the beginning of 19th century and quickly gained reputation for its ability to retain sharpness even after prolonged use.
This set contains 7 pens with right oblique nibs in sizes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 mm. Nibs are set into elegant wooden handles painted with dark brown/black marble effect.
