US tariffs
On 30th July 2025, President Trump issued executive order suspending de minimis exemption for low value goods from August 29, 2025.
Our US customers will be charged the tariff at the point of purchase.
We have no way of influencing the tariff rate as it is calculated by third party system reflecting the US government Harmonised Tariff Schedule.
EU import duty
From 1 July 2026, the European Union (EU) is introducing significant changes to customs rules for goods being imported from countries outside the EU, including the UK. These are regulatory changes from the European Union and will affect every business shipping into the EU, regardless of shipment value or type.
The €150 customs duty exemption will be abolished. Import duty will apply to every shipment sent to the EU from 1 July 2026, with no minimum threshold. For shipments under €150, a flat rate of €3 per line item in the import customs declaration will apply.
Where we do not ship
Due to the EU GPSR legislation, we are currently unable to ship directly to customers in countries that are members of European Union and in Northern Ireland.
These customers are advised to use shipping forwarding services from UK.
We do not ship to Israel and countries under international sanctions.
