Refund policy

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your last order item to request a return and further 14 days to send the order back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues 

On very rare occasions, orders get damaged in post. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you as soon as we can. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges and cancellations
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. You can request a cancellation until your order has been fulfilled.  Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 Refunds

You will be refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of us receiving the returned item back. Please remember it can take few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your bank account.
