Refund policy

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and further 14 days to send the order back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues 

On very rare occasions, orders get damaged in post. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you as soon as we can. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges and cancellations
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges and do not accept order cancellations unless you request cancellation within 2 hours after ordering. 

 Refunds

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
