This workbook for Naskh Arabic calligraphy script is based on work of Ottoman calligrapher Mehmed Sevki Efendi (1829 – 1887). It is printed on 130 gsm semigloss paper with low porosity enabling pen to glide easily and without bleeding.
The workbook follows the usual format of first presenting forms of isolated letters and progresses to letter combinations.
Each line is followed by empty space to be used for practicing.
